Los Angeles Public Library

The Los Angeles Public Library system serves the residents of the City of Los Angeles. The system holds more than six million volumes, and with around 19 million residents in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area, it serves the largest population of any public library system in the United States.

Doheny Library

The Edward L. Doheny Jr. Memorial Library is a library located in the center of campus at the University of Southern California. After the shooting of his son, the Irish American oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny donated $1.1 million in 1932 to USC to build the Doheny Library. It was designed by architect Ralph Adams Cram.

UCLA Library

The library system of the University of California, Los Angeles, is one of the largest academic research libraries in North America, with a collection of over twelve million books and 100,000 serials.

Cahuenga Branch Library
