The Groundlings is an iconic improvisational and sketch comedy troupe and school based in Los Angeles, United States. Founded in 1974 by Gary Austin, The Groundlings has become a renowned incubator for comedic talent, with many of its alumni going on to achieve fame and influence in the entertainment industry.
