Facts and practical information
Carmelite - a female branch of the Order of the Carmelites. Initially, they were communities of pious women focusing at the Carmelite monasteries from around 1450. Based on the bull Nulla Fidelium Mikołaj V from 1452 General Carmelite, Bl. Jan Sing organized 5 monasteries for the sisters. In 1562, the order was reformed by the then Carmelite - Saint. Teresa from Ávila, restoring the Order's original character.
