The New Cemetery Mühlau, usually referred to simply as Mühlau Cemetery, is one of the cemeteries in Innsbruck and is located in the district of Mühlau. It has gained particular fame as the burial place of Georg Trakl and other poets. The cemetery, which is a protected monument, is under the control of the city of Innsbruck and serves as a so-called special cemetery for the burial of the deceased of the district.
