The Maria Hohenburg Filial Church is visible from afar on a rocky outcrop sloping steeply to the south, northwest of Pusarnitz in the municipality of Lurnfeld. The filial church of the parish of Pusarnitz was converted into a pilgrimage church in 1706 over the Markuskirche mentioned in 1473.
