Facts and practical information

The Kleine Ochsenwand is a 2553 m high mountain in the Stubai Alps in the Austrian province of Tyrol. Located in the Kalkkögeln, the mountain is known among mountaineers mainly because of the Schlicker Klettersteig, which leads from the mountain station Kreuzjoch over the Große Ochsenwand and the Kleine Ochsenwand to the Alpenklubscharte. Another approach is via the Adolf Pichler Hut. South of the summit is the 2700 m high Große Ochsenwand, northeast is the 2633 m high Steingrubenkogel.
