Borani

Borani is a beloved Iranian appetizer crafted from yogurt, spinach, and a blend of other delectable ingredients. It is also a mainstay in Persian Jewish cuisine. The appreciation for borani, however, extends beyond Iran; it is enjoyed in certain regions of Turkey, such as Isparta and Van, and is cherished in the Caucasus as well.
