Chico Mendes Ecological Park, or Chico Mendes Municipal Natural Park, is a public conservation unit located in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was so named in honor of the rubber tapper leader who was assassinated in Acre in 1988.
