The Wildlife Refuge of Ilha dos Lobos is a Brazilian conservation unit of integral protection, located 1.8 km off the coast of the Rio Grande do Sul municipality of Torres, on the northern coast of the state.
The Refúgio de Vida Silvestre da Ilha dos Lobos, as well as the Refúgio de Vida Silvestre do Molhe Leste, in São José do Norte, are the only pinniped concentration points on the Brazilian coast. The site hosts populations of mainly sea lion and South American sea lion, but there have been rarer records of subantarctic sea lion, southern elephant seal, leopard seal, and crabeater seal.
According to the creation decree, its objective is: "to preserve the existing natural ecosystems, enabling scientific research and the development of controlled environmental education, recreation and ecological tourism activities", especially in relation to the habitat for sea lions and sea lions.
