In Thailand, it’s known as "sangkhaya fak thong" while in Cambodia, it goes by "Sankhya lapov" or simply "lpov sangkya." In Cambodia, the dessert stands out due to the custard filling the entire interior of the pumpkin, often served whole for a visually impressive presentation.
