Shek Wu Hui Municipal Services Building, also known as Shek Wu Hui Complex, is a multi-purpose municipal building located at 13 Chi Cheong Road, Sheung Shui, North District, New Territories, Hong Kong. The building houses a market, a cooked food center, a public library and government offices, and is adjacent to the Sheung Shui Garden, which was originally part of Choi Yuen Village in Sheung Shui.

Like the Luen Wo Hui Municipal Services Building, the main purpose of the Shek Wu Hui Municipal Services Building was to relocate the roadside market stalls and cooked food stalls in the vicinity of the old market, Shek Wu Hui, to the municipal services building for the purpose of improving the traffic conditions and environmental hygiene of the old market. "However, the Municipal Services Building itself is not located in Shek Wu Hui.
