Facts and practical information

The Museum of Tourism is located in the building of the former Jewish synagogue and in the neighbouring house in Široká Street in Bechyně. It is the only museum of its kind in the Czech Republic. It was opened on 1 July 2006 and is managed by the Czech Tourist Club. The property is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
