The West Bohemian Museum in Pilsen is one of the largest museum institutions in the Czech Republic in terms of the scope of its historical, art and natural history collections. At the same time, it is a centre of scientific work in a number of scientific disciplines. The main building of the museum is located in Kopecký sady 2 in Pilsen.
Currently, the museum consists of the following buildings: the Main Building, the Ethnographic Museum of Pilsen, the Museum of Puppets, the Museum of Church Art of the Pilsen Diocese, the Dr. Bohuslav Horák Museum in Rokycany and the Dobřív Water Hammer.
