Čap is a sandstone outcrop with the remains of the eponymous rock castle in the Zátyní cadastral area, about 1.5 kilometres northwest of the settlement of Pavličky and four kilometres west of the town of Dubá in the southern part of the Česká Lípa district. Čap is located in the protected landscape area Kokořínsko - Macha Region
