Excalibur City, Znojmo

Excalibur City is a shopping and entertainment centre in the settlement of Hata under Chvalovice near Znojmo near the Czech-Austrian state border. There are shops, restaurants, casinos, various services and an amusement park "Merlin's Children's World". The airport of the same name is nearby.

Among other things, there is a decommissioned, painted Ilyushin Il-62 aircraft that flew between 1974 and 1981 for the Ministry of the Interior of the Czechoslovakia and between 1981 and 1991 for the CSA, and for other companies between 1991 and 1994. In 1998 it was transported here and a year later it received its current paint job and a restoration was built inside. It is the only "preserved" Il-62 type in the Czech Republic.
