Borová Lada is a former natural monument No. 933 near the village of Borová Lada in the district of Prachatice. The area is part of the Šumava National Park, of which it is Zone I. The reason for protection is the ecosystem of the Chalupská Slat valley peat bog with all its components, especially its water regime, plant and animal communities and species.
