Facts and practical information
Gedser Fyr is a lighthouse on the southernmost part of Falster on Gedser Odde. It is the southernmost lighthouse in Denmark.
The lighthouse has had an important role, as Gedser Reef has always been dangerous for ships that wanted to sail south of Falster. Gedser Rev Lighthouse was established in 1895 to facilitate this.
Guided tours of the lighthouse are available, in cooperation with Museum Lolland-Falster.
