Facts and practical information
Bruuns Galleri is a shopping mall located in central Aarhus adjacent to the main train station, which together form an indoor area of about 140,000 square meters and 105 shops. The area of the centre itself, excluding the main railway station, is 90,000 sqm.
According to the centre's website, Bruuns Galleri is Denmark's largest city centre.
In 2010, 11,142,000 visitors came to Bruuns Galleri, making it Denmark's most visited shopping centre and the most visited shopping attraction in Denmark. By comparison, Denmark's second most visited centre, Field's, had 6.8 million visitors in 2010. The 100 stores had a turnover of DKK 1.2 billion in 2012.
