La Perla is a 57 m Ferris wheel-viewpoint located on the northern end of Malecón 2000, on a platform over the Guayas River, at the height of the intersection of Avenida Malecón Simón Bolívar and Julián Coronel Street, in the urban center of the city of Guayaquil. The Ferris wheel is next to the Centro Cultural Libertador Simón Bolívar and in front of the Cinema Malecón facilities.

Completed in June 2015, it has been open to the public since August of the same year. It is the first Ferris wheel-viewpoint of its kind in the country.
