When Is the Best Time To Visit Fiji?
The answer to the question of what is the best month to visit Fiji depends on what you are interested in doing during your stay. Here you can see an overview of each month and its typical weather conditions.
Tourist Season in Fiji
The Fiji Islands, due to their year-round high air and water temperatures, can be visited year-round, but the best season includes the dry months of May to October, when it is warm and relatively dry, with the peak tourist season from July to September. This is an excellent time for beachgoers and those wishing to engage in water sports and scuba diving. Sightseeing and trekking around all the islands can be done without any problems.
December and January are more rainy, but because of Christmas and New Year's, it is also a popular time for tourists to relax.
February, March and part of April are considered to be off-season due to increased rainfall, and travel during this period can be a bit less pleasant.
