Pernaja Church is a medieval church building in Pernaja, Loviisa, Uusimaa. The gray stone church is dedicated to Saints Michael and Eerik. Previously, the church belonged to the Pernaja parish, but since 2019, the church has been used by Agricola's Finnish and Swedish congregation, which operates in Loviisa and Lapinjärvi.
