The Pincé house is a Renaissance style building built between 1528 and 1535, by the Angevin Renaissance architect Jean Delespine at the request of its owner Jean de Pincé, mayor of Angers.
This private mansion, located on rue Lenepveu, in the heart of the city of Angers, has been classified as a historical monument since 1875.
