Facts and practical information
The Saint-Pierre de Prades church is the Catholic parish church of Prades, in the Pyrénées-Orientales department, in France. Of Romanesque origin, as evidenced by its bell tower, the church was rebuilt in the 17th and 18th centuries. It owes its fame to the altarpiece of Saint Peter, reputed to be the largest Baroque altarpiece in France, and to the wealth of its treasure.
