The monument to the Girondins, located in Bordeaux, Place des Quinconces, was erected between 1894 and 1902 in memory of the Girondin deputies who were victims of the Terror. The people of Bordeaux commonly call it the "column of the Girondins" or the "monument of the Girondins".
It is classified as a historical monument since March 16, 2011, after being listed on July 8, 2004, the classification having been approved by the City Council of Bordeaux on October 25, 2010.
