Sainte-Foy Church

The Sainte-Foy de Chalus church is a Catholic church located in Chalus, in the Puy-de-Dôme department, in France. It is registered as a historical monument in 1989.
The building has a nave, a belfry and a small sanctuary from the Romanesque period; the side chapels were added in the 15th century. The chancel ends in a flat wall and has a sacrarium, or hiding place, two meters below ground. On the exterior, the south cornice has retained a row of carved modillions. The bell tower floor is mounted on a rectangular mass with a dripstone. It is pierced, on its east and west sides, by two round-headed bays, and a single bay on the other two sides.
