The Chapel of the Black Penitents is a disused chapel located in Aubagne, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, in France. It is registered as a historical monument since December 2, 1927.
The church is no longer used for religious purposes, but is now used as an exhibition space: since 2008 it has been home to the contemporary art center Les Pénitents Noirs.
