The Ménez Hom pronounced locally and is a mountain located in Brittany, in the department of Finistère, in the country of Cornouaille, between the Aulne and the land of Porzay, on the territory of the communes of Plomodiern, Saint-Nic, Trégarvan and Dinéault where it culminates at 329 meters of altitude. It dominates the bay of Brest and the bay of Douarnenez, and ends the Black Mountains. The site was classified natural heritage in 2004 for its fauna and flora.
