The castle of Montvéran is an old fortified house, of the XVth century restored in the XIXth century, center of the seigniory of Montvéran, which stands on the commune of Culoz in the department of Ain in the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The castle could have been built by Pierre de Luyrieux in 1316.

The castle was registered as a historical monument by order of September 20, 1946.
