Moulin de la Pâquelais

The Pâquelais mill is a mill located in Savenay, France.
Windmill tower small foot or size of wasp, it is equipped with wings berton, it has two pairs of millstones, a lift bags, a regulator and bluttery, it has a wheel and a lantern in cast iron, a roof covered in shingles of chestnut, its roof pivots on rack. The mill is located in the commune of Savenay, in the department of Loire-Atlantique.
This mill dates from 1545, at that time the mill had only one floor with wings and a guivre, it belonged to the lord of the paclais.but in 1911 the mill burned is then raised of two floor, allowing to equip it with two pairs of millstones and wings berton. In spite of an abandonment it is restored in 1991, it is in working order.
The arms of the Bessard du Parc family, lords of the Pâclais from the 16th century onwards, are sculpted on it. The date 1545, the year of its construction, is also found there.
The monument was registered as a historical monument in 1996.
