The Saint-Pierre-des-Cuisines church, located on rue de la Boule, next to the Place Saint-Pierre in Toulouse, is the oldest church in southwest France. It is built on a former Gallo-Roman necropolis of the 4th century. It has been classified as a historical monument since 1977 and is under the responsibility of the Saint-Raymond Museum of Toulouse. Today, it houses a 400-seat auditorium for the Toulouse Regional Conservatory.
