The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, also known as Tochō, is an iconic symbol of administrative power in the bustling city of Tokyo, Japan. This imposing complex, designed by the renowned architect Kenzo Tange, was completed in 1991 and serves as the headquarters for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Standing at 243 meters, it consists of a complex of three structures, with the most prominent being the twin towers that dominate the skyline of Shinjuku.
