Koyoji Temple is a temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect located in Teramoto, Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is one of the 49 temples in the Kinai region founded by Gyoki. It is one of the 49 temples in the Kinai region founded by Gyoki. Located along the Saigoku Kaido Road, it is known locally as Koyadera or "Gyoki-san. The principal image is that of Yakushi Nyorai, said to have been created by Gyoki himself. The statue has been kept secret since the temple was founded, but is now open to the public.
