Hiratsuka Hachimangu Shrine is located in Sengen-cho, Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Formerly a prefectural shrine, it is now an annexed shrine of the Jinja Honcho.
It was called "Tsurumine-san Hachimangu" in ancient times, and is also referred to as "One Hachimangu of One Country and One Shrine" and "Chinchi Daijin". It is one of the five Sagami shrines that participate in the Kounomachi festival, a traditional festival of the former Sagami province held every year on May 5 at Kami-sorai-yama in Kunifu Hongo, Oiso Town, but it is not one of the Engishiki-nai shrines in the same country.
