Oi-jinja Shrine is located in Oi-cho, Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It is a national historical shrine, formerly a prefectural shrine, and currently an attached shrine of the Jinja Honcho.

A shrine dedicated to the divine spirit of the Oigawa River, it is known for the Shimada Grand Festival held once every three years.
