Taie-ji Temple is a temple of the Daigo school of Shingon Buddhism located in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. The temple is located in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. The temple is said to have been founded by Gyoki in the Tempyo period and is closely associated with the Ise Jingu Shrine and the Futami Okitama Shrine. The principal image of the temple, Senju Kannon Bosatsu, was created in the Kamakura period and is designated as an important cultural property. The temple is also known for its wisteria and hydrangea.
