Chopenzo-ji Temple is a separate head temple of the Omuro school of the Shingon sect, located in Shuzu, Ikeda-cho, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. It is located on the southern hillside of Hoshuzan, the peak of a ridge extending southeast from Mt. The main deity is Konpira Daigongen.
