Tokoji Temple is a separate head temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect, located in Kadonishi-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. Its mountain name is Shoutaisan and its principal deity is Yakushi Nyorai. The temple is also known as Mondo Yakujin. It is one of the three Yakujin in Japan.
The shrine is famous for Yakujin Myo'o, who is said to ward off all kinds of bad luck, and people in their thirteenth year of life are invited to pay their respects to him. The shrine also accepts prayers for the first visit to the shrine, traffic safety, goma prayer, and doll memorial services.
