The church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Kroży - Catholic Church in the Coheses.
From the first half of the 17th century, the Benedictine monastery existed in the walls. The first sealed church burned down. In the years 1757-1763 a new one was built. The baroque church was funded by J. Chrysostom Wołodkiewicz, and designed by Tomasz Żebrowski.
The church is one -nave, on a rectangular plan. Four -sided presbytery. The church has one side chapel and one sacristy.
The facade, richly decorated with pilasters, columns and cornices, is wider than the nave of the church. On the sides of the facade there are two low towers with octagonal tops. The attic peak of the facade is higher than the towers.
In the interior of the church there is a rococo main altar from 1770.
The church fence, with a baroque gate, comes from the 18th century. In the church there is a neo -Gothic grave chapel from 1873, built of field stones.
The Russian authorities cassate the order in 1891. The church was closed at the time, planning to convert to the church. A small wooden church was left for the use of the faithful. Saint. Nicholas. Despite the protests of the population, in 1893 the church's equipment was ordered. There was then a loom slaughter. In 1908 the building was returned to the faithful.
