Cho Oyu
Cho Oyu is the sixth-highest mountain in the world at 8,188 metres above sea level. Cho Oyu means "Turquoise Goddess" in Tibetan. The mountain is the westernmost major peak of the Khumbu sub-section of the Mahalangur Himalaya 20 km west of Mount Everest. The mountain stands on the China–Nepal border.
Imja Tse
Imja Tse, better known as Island Peak, is a mountain in Sagarmatha National Park of the Himalayas of eastern Nepal. The peak was named Island Peak in 1953 by members of the British Mount Everest expedition because it appears as an island in a sea of ice when viewed from Dingboche.
South Summit
The South Summit of Mount Everest in the Himalayas is a subsidiary peak to the primary peak of Mount Everest. Although its elevation above sea level of 8,749 metres is higher than the second-highest mountain on Earth, K2, it is not considered a separate mountain as its prominence is only 11 meters.
Lhotse
Lhotse is the fourth highest mountain in the world at 8,516 metres, after Mount Everest, K2, and Kangchenjunga. The main summit is on the border between Tibet and the Khumbu region of Nepal.
Jobo Rinjang
Jobo Rinjang is a mountain located in Namche, Solukhumbhu, Nepal at an elevation of 6,666 metres above sea level. It was first climbed in 2009 by Joseph Puryear and David Gottlieb.
Cholatse
Cholatse is a mountain in the Khumbu region of the Nepalese Himalaya. Cholatse is connected to Taboche by a long ridge. The Chola glacier descends off the east face.
Lobuche
Lobuche is a Nepalese mountain which lies close to the Khumbu Glacier and the settlement of Lobuche. There are two main peaks, Lobuche East and Lobuche West.
Hillary Peak
Hillary Peak is the name which has been proposed by the Government of Nepal for a 7,681 metres peak in the Himalayas in honour of Edmund Hillary, who made the first ascent of Everest with Tenzing Norgay in 1953.
Num Ri
Num Ri is a mountain in the Khumbu region of the Nepalese Himalayas. Num Ri consists of a long ridge that culminates eastwards in a pyramid summit. Neighbouring mountains are Island Peak, Baruntse and Cho Polu.
Nirekha
Nirekha peak, Nepal, is in the same chain as the Lobuche summits, east of the Cho La Col. The peak is in the list of the new 'A' trekking peaks, for which in 2006 a peak fee of $500 had to be paid.
