The Four Winds is a 1776 tower mill on the Rotte River in the Rotterdam district of Terbregge. The mill was used to grind grain until 1964. The mill on the Terbregse Rechter Rottekade is currently out of service but rotating. Flour products are sold below the mill and De Vier Winden usually turns during the store's opening hours.
