The Natural Park of Pucallpa is a zoo located in the southern margin of the city of Pucallpa, Peru. Its name coincides to be a natural tourist center of unique scenic beauty and environmental quality being an eco-urban area. Besides it is a cultural attraction where it incorporates a regional museum and a family recreation area. Currently managed by the Regional Management of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Regional Government of Ucayali.

It has an extension of 28 hectares and was created to protect and conserve more than 400 species of wild flora and fauna such as monkeys, lizards, otorongos, deer, peccaries, añujes, otters, taricayas, herons, toucans, parrots and other species in danger of extinction or at risk. You can appreciate timber trees, medicinal, wild shrubs, palms and fruit trees. In the park is the Regional Museum of Pucallpa, which preserves some representative species of the Amazonian fauna and a large collection of fossil remains found in the Ucayali, Pachitea, Aguaytía, and Urubamba rivers. One of the most attractive pieces is the jawbone of a large lizard that inhabited the Amazon some 10 million years ago.
