The Señor de Los Milagros Museum is a museum dedicated to the devotion of the Lord of Miracles, painted in 1651 by an Angolan slave. Its headquarters is located within the complex of the Monastery of Nazarenas located in the jirón Huancavelica in the historic center of the city of Lima. It was inaugurated on October 17, 2014.
The museum has three levels, and six exhibition rooms of religious objects that were used by the Community of Nazarene Mothers at the beginning of the XVIII century, as well as the jewelry, plaques of the different groups and groups of the Brotherhood, decorations, recognitions of the Peruvian State and of governmental Institutions, and of private and public sector that were given and imposed to the venerated effigy of the Lord of the Miracles of Nazarene. Apart from the works of art between paintings, sculptures, works in different metals that were acquired in all this time.
