Plaza Norte is a Peruvian shopping mall located in Independencia district north of Metropolitan Lima. Inaugurated on July 13, 2009 by the Peruvian company Corporación EW, owned by Erasmo Wong Lu, it is one of the largest shopping malls in the country with 200 000 m², half of them leased. In addition to having commercial premises and restaurants the area incorporates a chapel, a gym, a permanent car showroom, a theater, government institutions, a television channel and a land terminal.
