Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help - a Roman Catholic church, located in Podgórze in Kraków, at 56 Zamoyskiego Street, belonging to the Redemptorist order.
The temple was erected in the early 20th century. In 1902 the construction of the monastery began, and in 1905 the church, which was consecrated in 1909. The church was built in the Neo-Romanesque style according to the project of Jan Sas-Zubrzycki. The church was built on a Latin cross plan, has three naves, a transept and a tower.
Dating from 1909, the organ was made by Rudolf Haasy of Lviv.
