Powązki Cemetery, often referred to as the "Arlington of Poland," is one of the oldest and most renowned cemeteries in Warsaw, Poland. Established in 1790 on the outskirts of the city, this historical necropolis is now a serene sanctuary amidst the bustling capital. It covers an area of approximately 43 hectares and is the final resting place for many of Poland's notable figures, including artists, scientists, politicians, and military heroes.
