Transfiguration Church in Wrzosowo - a historic church in the village of Wrzosowo in West Pomeranian Province.

The church dates back to the 13th century; it was heavily rebuilt at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, while in the 19th century it underwent the then common restoration work. It has, however, retained the Gothic features of some elements of its architectural mass.

It is a church built of brick and fieldstone, plastered. Total length of the church is 23 m and its width is 11.1 m.
