Łęg nad Swelinią Nature Reserve - a forest nature reserve with an area of 13.4 ha in Gdynia in the area of the Tri-City Landscape Park in the Oliwa Forest forest complex, on the city's border with Sopot. It was created by regulation no 11/2005 of the Pomeranian governor on 20 June 2005.
The reserve protects riparian forests and oak-hornbeam forests in the upper spring section of the Swelina valley. There are more than 205 species of vascular plants, including a number of protected and rare species, e.g.: spotted cuckoo, broad-leaved cuckoo, blood cuckoo, broad-leaved helleborine, ovate leaf-roll, wolfsbane. Several percent of the reserve's area is covered by meadows.
The area of the reserve is managed by the Gdańsk Forestry Commission and supervised by the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk. The nearest settlements are Bernadowo and Kolibki in Gdynia and Brodwino and Kamienny Potok in Sopot.
