Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Świnoujście-Karsibór - a late Gothic, 15th/16th century filial church, located in the district of Świnoujście-Karsibór, belongs to the parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Świnoujście-Przytorze, in the deanery of Świnoujście, in the archdiocese of Szczecin-Kamieńsk.

The church stands on the site of the historic crossing of the Swina River to Przytor on the ancient trade route around the Baltic Sea. In 1630, while waiting for his troops to cross the river, King Gustav II Adolf of Sweden stayed in the church vicarage for 5 days.
