Borówkowa - a peak on the Polish-Czech border in the Golden Mountains rising above the Lądecka Pass, offering a wide panorama of the Kłodzko region on the Polish side, and Moravia and Silesia on the Czech side. Through a narrow strip of the Czech Republic to the vast areas of the Sudeten Foothills in Poland, including Paczków, Otmuchów, Kamieniec Ząbkowicki.
After 1945 and before establishing its current Polish name, the peak was also called Wrzesiec, Wrzosiec or Wrzosówka. However, this name eventually remained with the village of Wrzosowka lying on its slope.
