Transfiguration Church - an Orthodox parish church in Topolany. It belongs to Grodek decanate of Bialystok-Gdansk diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church.
Built at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries on a rectangular plan. Its founders were the Radziwiłłs of the coat of arms of Trąby. It is a wooden church, planked, of the log construction. The main entrance is preceded by a porch supported by two posts. In front there is a porch with overbuilt octagonal tower. The presbytery is smaller than the nave, closed on three sides. Tin roofs of the church. The tower is topped with a pyramidal cupola. Single-pitched roofs over the nave and the chancel.
The temple was entered in the Register of Historic Places on September 11, 1979 under the number A-427.
In 1991 the church was robbed of icons.
